Position Description

Penn Family & Internal Medicine Bucks County is seeking a Full-Time Primary Care Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join their team. The practice is located in Yardley, PA in beautiful Bucks County, about 45 minutes north of Center City Philadelphia. The provider group currently consists of 6 Physicians and 5 CRNP’s. They are located in a Penn multi-specialty building that also houses Penn Cardiology, Radiology, a lab and other sub-specialties including Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Neurosurgery, and GI/Bariatric. They utilize the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

The new hire’s duties will include the following:

Primary Care in the ambulatory setting

Urgent care/walk ins

Office gynecology, including pap smears

Care management: transitions of care, diabetic teaching, etc.

The new hire will work an evening per week and participate equally in the practice’s Saturday and on-call rotations.

Minimum Requirements: 

Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN or DNP, and national certification as a Family Medicine or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. Candidates must possess at least 2-3 years of Primary Care experience.
