Penn Gastroenterology Limerick is seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner to join their team due to growth and patient volume. The group is comprised of 4 physicians and a part time Nurse Practitioner. They care for patients in the inpatient setting at Phoenixville Hospital as well as their ambulatory practice location in Limerick.

The Nurse Practitioners in the group spend their mornings at Phoenixville Hospital, doing consults on patients that came in during the night and early morning. The CRNP’s will also round on the patients in-house from the prior day if time allows. After lunch, the CRNP will see return patients in the ambulatory setting in Limerick. Additionally, the practice has a need for the CRNP’s to see patients who have recently been discharged from the hospital as a TCM visit (Transitions of Care Management).

The successful candidate will be a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner and will have or be eligible for Pennsylvania State licensure and DEA. Candidates with 2-4 years of Advanced Practice experience are preferred.

The position offers the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of providers and support staff. Phoenixville Hospital is a local community hospital with a collegial atmosphere. The position currently does not have any on-call requirements.
