Penn Presbyterian Medical Center's Pharmacy Department has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director of Pharmacy Operations

Position Description:

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Providing support to the operational leadership of PPMC's Pharmacy Department and helping create a patient and customer focused organization in support of the delivery of the highest quality care. 

Attracts and develop a team of highly capable, committed managers and staff who share a passion for patient and customer centered care.

Partnering with the Chief Pharmacy officer in developing strategic, operational and financial plans to accomplish the Departments goals and objectives for Penn Medicine. 

Minimum Requirements:

Please apply if you possess these qualifications: A Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy and a current pharmacy license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in hospital pharmacy practice including precepting students and residents or similar experience in an academic setting and experience in pharmacy management in an academic setting required. Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency and possibly a Specialty Residency preferred.
