Penn Presbyterian Medial Center is looking for a Case Manager. 

Position Description:

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following: Providing a range of therapeutic clinical services: advanced level treatment planning and implementation, individual, group, and family counseling, education seminars, overall case management, psychosocial assessments and diagnostic services Actively participating within the psychiatric interdisciplinary team through daily contact with patients, staff and third party payers

Minimum Requirements: Please apply if you possess these qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field including social services, nursing, and or psychology required Master degree in Social Work preferred At least two years of verifiable competency Proficiency in the delivery of a case management in the Behavioral Health field preferred Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic interventions and knowledge preferred
