Position Description: 

Penn Springfield Primary Care is a busy, long-standing primary care practice located at 9 N. Brookside Road Springfield, PA, about 45 minutes west of Center City Philadelphia. The group consists of 2 Physicians and 1 Nurse Practitioner and a dedicated and stable support staff. The practice utilizes the Epic EMR, which is universal throughout Penn Medicine.

They are seeking a full time advanced practice provider to join their team to replace a provider who is relocating. The new hire will care for adult patients in the ambulatory setting. This position will require day hours Monday through Friday and in total, the APP will provide 36 hours of face-to-face patient time weekly. The APP will have their own panel of patients once oriented to the department and role.

Minimum Requirements:

Nurse practitioner candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a MSN and certification as a family nurse practitioner or adult nurse practitioner.

Physician assistant candidates must be graduates from an accredited physician assistant program. They must have a MSN, a physician assistant license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and certification as a physician assistant.
