The position's primary focus is to manage daily operations and provide a competent skill set for all aspects of human embryology. This position includes 'hands on' involvement in clinical IVF laboratory work and coordination of research projects as directed by the Laboratory Director. The candidate will be expected to maintain CLIA and CAP standards regarding quality control/ quality management, procedural guidelines and day-to-day management of the IVF laboratory. In addition, the candidate will facilitate and coordinate the PGD/PGS embryo biopsy program. This will require exceptional skills and knowledge of pre-implantation genetic testing and embryo biopsy skills (blastomere and trophectoderm).
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor of Science degree in biology or a related field And 5+ years at a clinical in-vitro fertilization, required. Specialized experience/training in Human IVF, required.
