Position Description:

We are excited to be seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our team in providing high quality primary care services to adult patients in the home setting. Excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced CRNP with potential growth opportunities in future! Position will entail regular reimbursed travel primarily in the Philadelphia area, as well as surrounding counties/suburbs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Prior CRNP experience in an Adult Primary Care setting is required

• Graduate of an NLN-approved school of nursing

• Completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program with an MSN or DNP

• RN and CRNP licensure in the State of Pennsylvania

• National certification is required in the area of specialty

• Must have current CPR certification
